These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and AnsysDigital ("we", "us", "our") governing use of ansysdigital.in and all related services ("Service").

AnsysDigital is a free, web-based technical utility that generates temporary download links for publicly accessible content on social media platforms. Critically:

• We act solely as a technical intermediary — we do not host, store, upload, transcode, distribute, or serve any media content
• We process only URLs that are publicly accessible without any login, authentication bypass, or circumvention of platform security
• All media content is retrieved directly from the originating platform's own servers via publicly accessible endpoints
• We have no editorial control, review, or awareness of what specific content individual users choose to access
• The Service is provided entirely free of charge with no guarantee of availability, uptime, or functionality

AnsysDigital is an independent, privately operated service with no commercial, legal, or organizational relationship with any social media platform. We are explicitly NOT affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp)
• Google LLC / Alphabet Inc. (YouTube, Google)
• ByteDance Ltd. (TikTok)
• Any other social media platform, app, or technology company referenced on this website

All platform names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and appear on this site for descriptive purposes only — no association or endorsement is implied.

AnsysDigital has no partnership or commercial relationship with any platform. We cannot guarantee continued compatibility if platforms change their technical infrastructure or access policies.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction
• You have full legal capacity to accept these Terms
• Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction
• You will use the Service only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms

The Service is intended only for the following lawful purposes:

• Downloading your own content that you have uploaded to a social media platform, for personal backup or archiving
• Downloading content for which you have obtained express written permission from the copyright holder
• Downloading public domain or Creative Commons licensed content in strict accordance with the applicable license
• Accessing Facebook Ads Library content for competitive research (such content is published by Meta specifically for public access and transparency)
• Academic, journalistic, or educational purposes that fall within fair use or fair dealing provisions of applicable copyright law, as independently determined by you

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Downloading copyrighted content without authorization from the rights holder
• Republishing, redistributing, selling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting downloaded content without proper licensing
• Using downloaded content to harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or harm any individual or group
• Using automated bots, scrapers, scripts, or non-human means to access the Service at scale
• Attempting to circumvent, disable, or interfere with our rate limiting, security systems, or technical controls
• Downloading private, restricted, or non-public content through any means
• Using the Service in violation of the terms of service of any social media platform
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract our source code
• Using the Service for any illegal purpose under Indian law or the laws of your jurisdiction

Third-Party Content: AnsysDigital asserts no ownership over content downloaded through our Service. All media remains the exclusive property of its original creators and rights holders. We are a technical conduit only.

User Copyright Responsibility: You are entirely and solely responsible for ensuring that your download and use of any content complies with all applicable copyright laws, platform terms of service, and intellectual property rights. This obligation is non-delegable and cannot be transferred to AnsysDigital.

Our Intellectual Property: The AnsysDigital brand, logo, website design, original content, and code are protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

DMCA / Copyright Takedown: We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent frameworks. Because we do not host media, traditional takedowns may not apply directly, but we take copyright concerns seriously.

To report a copyright concern, email contact@ansysdigital.in with: (1) identification of the work, (2) description of the alleged infringement, (3) your contact information, (4) a good-faith statement, and (5) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury. We will respond promptly.

YouTube's Terms of Service (Section 4B) prohibit downloading content without express written permission from YouTube or the content rights holder, except where YouTube's own functionality allows it (e.g., YouTube Premium offline).

By using our YouTube download feature, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You have independently reviewed and understand YouTube's Terms of Service
• AnsysDigital does not endorse, encourage, or facilitate violation of YouTube's Terms of Service
• The YouTube download feature is provided solely for lawful purposes — including content you own, content with Creative Commons licensing, or other permitted uses
• You bear sole and exclusive legal responsibility for any violation of YouTube's ToS or Google's policies arising from your use
• AnsysDigital has no liability whatsoever for any consequences you face from YouTube, Google, or any rights holder resulting from your download of YouTube content
• AnsysDigital is not affiliated with, authorized by, or in any way connected to YouTube or Google LLC

Meta Platforms' Terms of Service prohibit scraping or downloading content without express permission. However, AnsysDigital operates exclusively on publicly accessible content and acts as a technical intermediary, not a scraper or data harvester.

By using our Instagram or Facebook features, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You have reviewed Meta's Terms of Service and understand the restrictions on downloading
• AnsysDigital is not affiliated with Meta Platforms Inc., Instagram, or Facebook in any way
• You will only download content you own, have permission to download, or that is lawfully permitted
• You bear sole legal responsibility for any Meta ToS violation arising from your use
• AnsysDigital has no liability for any account suspension, legal action, or other consequences from Meta resulting from your downloads
• Facebook Ads Library content is made publicly available by Meta for transparency purposes and downloading it for competitive research is a widely accepted and legitimate practice

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You use the Service entirely at your own risk
• You are solely responsible for all content you choose to download and every use you make of it
• AnsysDigital has no knowledge of, and no control over, what specific content any user accesses
• AnsysDigital cannot and does not review, filter, or monitor individual download requests
• Any legal consequences — including copyright infringement liability, platform bans, or regulatory action — arising from your downloads are yours alone, not ours
• You will comply with the terms of service of any platform whose content you access through our Service

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AnsysDigital and its operators, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your violation of any provision of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
• Any content you download, share, publish, or use through the Service
• Your violation of any applicable law or the terms of service of any third-party platform
• Any misrepresentation made by you

This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms and your cessation of use of the Service.

Download success depends on third-party APIs and source platform availability, both entirely outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, quality, speed, or format of any download.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought and even if we have been expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.

Maximum Aggregate Liability: To the extent any liability is found despite these limitations, our total aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed INR 500 (Five Hundred Indian Rupees), reflecting that we provide a completely free service and receive zero payment from users.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7–13, 15, 16, 17, and 18 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to Section 16, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

Informal Resolution First: Before initiating any formal proceeding, you must notify us at contact@ansysdigital.in with a written description of the dispute and desired relief. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve it within 30 days.

Class Action Waiver: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against AnsysDigital. All claims must be brought individually.

Limitation Period: Any claim arising under these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after it arises. Claims filed after this period are permanently time-barred.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if not possible, without affecting the remaining provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right. A waiver is only effective if made in writing by an authorized representative of AnsysDigital.

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AnsysDigital regarding use of the Service. They supersede all prior communications, proposals, and agreements relating to the Service.

No amendment is valid unless posted by AnsysDigital on this page with a revised effective date.
